-Advanced knowledge on App Server, Web Server, Databases (Starting / Stopping Server, Looking at the logs, etc.)-Perform root cause analysis, handle escalations, documentation of issues to enhance KEDB, release management support, and bring new ideas to improve existing process and Automating manual tasks.
