Act as a trusted advisor within the MEE Blackbelt team, with a focus on SAP Business AI, SAP BTP AI, and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) AI.
Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and drive AI adoption in key customer engagements.
Translate business challenges into AI opportunities through compelling storytelling and tailored demos that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team, helping shape account strategies with an AI-first lens.
Deliver reference architectures, proof points, and value-based narratives to demonstrate how SAP’s AI solutions address customer needs.
Collaborate closely with product management, account executives, and ecosystem partners to ensure customer success.
Create and scale reusable AI assets, content, and enablement across the MEE region.
Represent SAP AI at executive briefings, customer events, and webinars.
Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends, technologies, and best practices - and share your insights across the team.
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer facing roles such as Customer Advisory, Account Management, Presales, Consulting, or Solution Management
A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Proven ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling business value propositions.
Experience in discussing underlying business requirements and potential solution outcomes with non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with working on large amounts of data sets, designing, training, and analyzing machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges, preferably with one or more of these solutions; SAPs AI Core, AI Launchpad, HANA ML, SQL, Python ML libraries, Databricks and the ability to prototype with CAP / RAP
Deep understanding of cloud operating models and modern enterprise data architectures using SAP BTP and SAP Business Data Cloud.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving complex problems collaboratively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across both business and technical audiences.
Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
