Your responsibilities will cover variety of areas in supporting the integrated marketing vision and planning for Central and Eastern Europe market. You will provide administrative, organizational, and operational assistance to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily business activities.
• Administrative & Operational Support – Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, facilitating office management duties, procurement, and logistics as needed.
• Internal Communication & Collaboration – Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth information flow within the CEE marketing team and between key business stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Marketing Awareness – Supporting internal communication efforts to promote marketing’s contribution to the business, enhancing visibility and alignment with other departments.
• Project & Task Coordination – Assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Data & Reporting – Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process Optimization – Identifying and implementing improvements in marketing team operations and administrative workflows.
Required skill set
• Advanced knowledge of all MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Language skills: fluent in English, proficiency in Polish (or other Central European language – nice to have)

• Feel comfortable working in a dynamic multitasking environment with international, virtual team,
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of marketing processes and stakeholder dynamics
