• Design and develop tests and workloads to ensure the reliability, capacity, and scalability of the product by working closely with development within an Agile operating model.
• Perform test activities in virtual or real environments for various levels of test including functional, system, integration. Container experience, zCX .
• Identify defects and work with development to analyze and resolve.
• Optimize, and automate existing test scenarios.
• Improve existing Test Automation infrastructure and collaborate on test strategies.
• Acquire and utilize IBM Z (LoZ/zOS) skills – system programming, various software/hardware disciplines, etc.
• Agile practices, Jira, GitHub and Jenkins tool knowledge.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Technical and Professional Expertise with relevant experience of 8 – 12 years:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in General z hardware system knowledge.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in z/OS .

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with IOS, Unix System Services, TCPIP, Coupling, Dynamic I/O, zCX
• Experience with Linux
• Middleware components (CICS, Db2)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and QA Test development tools such as Github, Jenkins, Ansible, Python
• Experience with REST API development
• Experience with RoCE Adapter test and Config
