Drive the internal adoption of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management
Create a product vision and strategy and drive the delivery of HR IT demand in the areas Employee Data Management, Time Management, Legal and Compliance
Engage business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of their challenges and constraints at portfolio level
Work closely with the SFSF EC and Time Management product validating latest requirements and how these affect existing solutions.
Manage the Product Backlog
Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
Help improve our agile ways of working
Work with our external strategic partners to ensure quality service delivery
What you bring:
7+ years of work experience
Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions & technology
Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
Knowledge in SuccessFactors SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) is an advantage
Proficient in identifying, understanding, and reviewing customer needs, objectives, and business requirements to ensure the effective design and implementation of operational IT solutions
Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and/or other agile methodologies
Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices & processes
