- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in managing programs or projects, across teams and organizations.
- Experience managing transformational or organizational impact across multiple vertical(s), industries, or geographical areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to produce frameworks and documents that communicate strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
- Excellent program management fundamentals (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
