Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the funds’ activities, including calculation of NAVs
• Reviewing deliverables from upstream teams
• Supporting the team manager in audit queries, client queries, and risk related items
• Reviewing and reconciliation of balance sheet of the investment funds (ETFs)
• Income and security lending review
• Appropriately assessing risks and escalating them
• Adapting existing processes and procedures to changing environment; process improvements
• Resolving complex issues and knowledge sharing with less senior team members

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of investment fund related topics: Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Net Assets Valuation, Fees/Expenses (ETFs would be an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in fund administration
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications (InvestOne program would be an advantage)
