QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Electrical Engineering or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Electrical Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Designing, deploying, and managing applications in cloud platforms, including AWS or GCP; Using monitoring and alerting tools, including Splunk, Dynatrace or Grafana; Automation and scripting languages, including Python or Bash; Infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform or Cloud Formation; Containerization technologies, including Docker or Kubernetes; Managing containerized applications; and configuring and troubleshooting network load balancers and firewalls.
