Your Role and Responsibilities
As a senior SAP Consultant, you will be part of global SuccessFactors implementation team and working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding in areas of Employee Central, Time & Absence and Data migration.
Responsibilities:
Strategic SAP SuccessFactors Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP SF solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation to migrate existing Workday processes and data to new platform, leveraging your knowledge of SAP SF and working with the latest technologies
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP Successfactors HR Benefits, Comp & Payroll processes and workflow
- Experience with Data Migration : Practical experience with Data Migration for SAP in different client environments.
- SAP Certifications: Holder of SAP SuccessFactors certifications
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Familiarity with SAP Testing Methods and Tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Tools: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile and Jira.
