Support Order Fulfillment Management in conceptual planning to deliver against company strategy as well as drive effectiveness of wider team
Drive execution of company strategy (especially in relation to retail)
Influence others and gaining buy-in without direct authority
Use of business knowledge to successfully deliver in complex environments, respond to operational challenges and ensure workflows are in place to enable effective execution of assigned goals
Ownership for orderbook, allocation, DN creation, activities for retail
Produce adhoc reports on order book, allocation and DN creation topics analyze data and drive actions
Ownership for last mile delivery topics in weekly COTIF meetings with commercial stakeholders
Participation in trading meeting, understand current commercial strategy. Operational support of stakeholders from order fulfilment side
Agree and ensure retail adherence to cleanse/ overdue policy
Upskill retail team on supply chain processes
Ad-hoc orderbook analysis shipment plan on store/DC
Initiation of system changes/ maintenance e.g. batch job timings ( execution by IT), transport lead times or DN creation settings.
Management of non-delivery days (bank holidays/ stock takes), i.e. syncing with Merch on avoidance of CDDs on respective dates
Sense check cross channel impact of changes
Drive relevant projects and initiatives to be executed within specified timelines and within budget.
Enhancement of existing reports on availability and delivery of retail order book and forecasted demand

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, alternatively, equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry.
