As a Document Specialist you create and edit documents, reports and creative presentations. As a driven administrative professional, you enjoy working in tandem with your colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate customer’s needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Formatting and revising documents according to EY brand standards, with speed and accuracy to meet deadlines
  • Thorough reviewing of documents and templates for branding, formatting and reconciling revisions
  • Ability to utilize styles, master slides, templates, tracking, kerning, and leading
  • Preparing/troubleshooting files for digital/print output
  • Managing standardized electronic files and archiving
  • Using EY tools to record/charge time accurately and on a timely basis
  • Overtime required during peak periods

  • Demonstrate flexibility to work with multiple projects/internal clients simultaneously
  • Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Ability to efficiently work in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Committed to contributing to a strong team culture to ensure success
  • Develop and maintain relationships to efficiently leverage expertise
  • Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented and can work well as part of a team
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Post secondary education and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Professional services firm experience

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $ $44400 to $66600. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city
