Job Description
Main Responsbilities:
Development of the annual brand business and budget plan, strategy & objectives, ensuring successful market penetration and leadership;
Reimagine the experience of our customers in relation to the company’s products and services;
Lead the development of the strategy and innovation focuses;
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;
Lead the execution of marketing/product programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration;
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
Understand what consumers look for in their ideal services /product/partnership;
Create and enhance relationships, internal and externally, that contribute towards establishing the brand (key customers, thought leaders, associations and industry players) and implement establish KOL strategy;
Be accountable for our ability to define and drive adoption of the most valuable solutions, promote them to prospective and current customers;
Actively contribute in driving change and digital transformation within a complex corporate environment;
Online marketing and social media strategies;
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future Marketing approach and innovative go-to-market strategies
Manage budget efficiently and under the parameters defined to the period by our company;
Forecast Management;
Work/Negotiate with agencies and cross functional partners;
Develop programs and interactions with Commercial area to maximize field selling efforts and work closely aligned with Technical Area.
Academic Requirements, Skills and Experience
Mandatory solid experience within Animal Health applied to Marketing positions, product launch projects and related;
Necessary experience as a Manager or Leadership Role within the previous specified area;
Previous experience within Business Units of Swine Animal Health will be a plus , however we are accepting candidates applying from other franchises as well (knowledge of animal production and market context is a must, however);
Academic background: Higher education on Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine and other higher education courses will also be considered;
Post-graduations, master's and doctoral degrees with Marketing, Administration and related will be a plus;
Mandatory fluency in English;
Spanish is desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset and partnership driven;
Ability to analyze and demonstrate ROI;
Knowledge of finance, budget planning, analysis methodologies, problem solving.
Attention: Willingness and ability to travel throughout the national territory .
