You are:

• An NY certified lawyer, with up to 2 years of experience (not including internship) as an in-house counsel in a high-tech company or prominent law firm
• Experienced in commercial agreements
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Passionate, smart, hardworking, analytical, thrive in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work with and use technological tools such as Monday.com

Wake up for this:

• Work closely with our sales and business teams
• Conduct negotiations and draft commercial international agreements
• Review customers forms, terms, NDAs and other documents

• This position has a base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
