What you'll do:
Manage and develop a small team of HR Partners who deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutions
Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed
Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions
Coordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processes
Work with HRA global partners and regional HR Partners to ensure consistent communication and delivery of HR solutions and processes proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions
Consult and coordinate with country HR partners to deliver regional activities as well as participate on cross Citi projects
Lead and/or initiate cross Citi projects
Train new hires
Acts as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
What we'll need from you:
6-10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills; Ability to manage a team
Working knowledge of HR functions andapplicable employment laws
Experience gained in large, complex financial institutions preferred
Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision;Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Fluent English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
