As a key leader within the organization, you will be leading multiple agile crew team members focusing on delivering a best-in-class enterprise service that will facilitate the detection, prevention, and resolution of fraudulent activities within money movement, non-money movement, and account opening applications. This position will help oversee the Actimize platform, our core integration layer, and facilitate the creation of a new Data platform teamResponsibilities:
•  Delivery of new capabilities and features within the Enterprise Fraud Engineering organization.
•  Collaborates with various product owners and platform architecture to ensure capabilities support the intended business value and meets the governance and best practices of the platform.
•  Lead delivery execution across all process areas to ensure product configuration is optimized, business processes are efficient and IT delivery is well managed.
•  Oversee the Enterprise Fraud solution platform Actimize
•  Oversee our existing Enterprise Integration platforms
•  Oversee our Fraud Data management solution platformsQualifications:
•  Experience leading technology platforms, applications and managing technology portfolios.
•  Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development environments.
•  Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide direction, delegate assignments and support team members.
•  Experience with Actimize highly preferred.
•  Experience working with multiple integration and streaming technologies: Kafka, ELK, Microservices, IIB desired
•  Experience work with Machine Learning Model Execution, relational data (Oracle), non-relational data (JSON, YAML, etc.), Data Quality, Python, Spark.
Job Description
  • Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs and objectives. Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
  • Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs. Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities. Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.
  • Contributes to stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle. May communicate with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
  • Implements best practices for technology architecture and management.
  • Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
