Construction Manager (s) Key Roles, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:
The Construction Manager reports to the Siteis responsible forthe project delivery to the expectations of Safety, Quality, Predictable Cost and Schedule.
Budget and Controls
Monitors the approved project budget and provides oversightand suggests necessary adjustments for project controls (e.g., Project Expenditure Request (PERs), Professional Services Request (PSRs), Change Orders, Pay Applications, etc.).
Change Management
Leads the implementation of organizational policies and processes, in compliance with Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) partners with a focus on cost savings, scheduling optimization, value engineering, enhanced customer service, or improved asset management.
Manages the day-to-day coordination for meetings and activities with vendors, cost managers, and/or owner/architect/contractors. Monitors and implementspossible opportunitiesto discuss and integrate lessons learned.
Drives Results
Orchestrates work with internal and external partners to resolve complex issues and ensures schedule predictability to contracted milestones and in doing so may significantlyglobal construction projects (e.g.,

Safety and Regulation
Reviews safe worksite(s) by adhering to organizational, industry procedures, and global safety policies. Reviews prior audit results and relevant legislation to manage safety compliance. Implements and manages safety performance improvement plans and any required mitigations. Shares lessons learned with relevant stakeholders.
Vendor Management
Leads the day-to-day management of vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and prior audit results. Provides internal reporting to management on vendor performance and escalates as necessary to
Vendor Selection
Manages the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOWs), Project Expenditure Requests (PERs), and other project approval tools and templates.and directs vendor scope of work, design review of site and building plans, change orders, and invoices.
