Key job responsibilitiesRunning test cases on devices – such as executing use case scenario based testing.Execute test cases in the field and interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
Support projects including setup and verification of all system components, trouble-shooting during set-up and live sessions, and ensure integrity and upload, metrics reporting tasks and processes, and document best practicesApply knowledge of wireless and networking technologies, mobile devices, and quality assurance practices to ensure that connected devices meet all target requirements
Gaining knowledge of the features and detailed functional requirements of the work well enough to execute your assigned tests
Work indoor/outdoor 3-5 days per week in the field, traveling to multiple sites within 50 miles (this is not a work from home role)
May need to shift working hours or dates depending on the project needsSunnyvale, CA, USA

- BSc in Engineering Programming Experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design

- 1+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
