Transport Specialist

Your role:

The role’s purpose is to manage, drive, support and execute:

• Managing the flow of goods end-to-end in terms of transportation planning & execution;
• Proactive daily monitoring of all shipments;
• In case of missed mile stones, tracking of the shipment and drive the corrective actions to ensure recovery of shipment and a timely delivery;
• Controlling and driving cost optimization initiatives;
• Ensuring track and trace for goods in transit;
• Implementing global logistics processes standardization;
• Proactive communicating with stakeholders;

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain;
- You have previous relevant experience in the transport world;
- You have an excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers;
- You have good working knowledge of MS office applications with solid level for MS EXCEL/Access;
