Minimum required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance / similar field or master's degree or MBA.

- extensive experience in finance with sound experience also on financial compliance or equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

- CIA /CMA /CIA Certification

Responsibilities

You will facilitate and monitor compliance committee activities, ensuring all required topics are discussed and the appropriate people are focused on them. As a key member, you will support subsidiary compliance committees for proper execution of business-led compliance rhythm and influence the right compliance culture and tone.

  • You will also support the sub leadership teams to help them and their teams to navigate through the compliance resources available in the company, are able to speak up without fear, and employees are hold accountable for behaving compliantly and ethically.
  • You will define the framework for tests and make adjustments where necessary, and leverage quarterly test results and monitoring insights to ensure business and team accountability for remediation plans.
  • You will review Sales Deal Execution (SDE) risks and issues at both the end customer and partner ecosystem, identifying and flagging risks within business scenarios to recommend and implement appropriate controls if needed. You will seek support from Subject Matter Experts (SME), peers, management, and other corporate compliance teams (High Risk Deal Desk, Partner Compliance Functions (PAM/PERC), CELA etc. ) for guidance, support and escalation.
  • Leveraging the full spectrum of available training, you will help business stakeholders and local champs to have robust understanding of compliance policies of the company. You will help the landing of new compliance policies and processes locally and be the voice of the field to corp teams for potential process / policy improvements
