You will own the technical engagement with partners and their ultimate success. This includes solution design and architecture review to support customer opportunities and project implementations, developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies. In this role, you will be highly collaborative working across a broad set of teams and managing stakeholders. You will act as voice of partners internally with AWS services and Global COE teams.
Key job responsibilities• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure modern applications are designed for successful deployment in the AWS cloud.
• Dive deep with partners to build technical capabilities through 1:1 and 1-to-many training sessions on various AWS application modernization services & solutions to build their application modernization practices on AWS
• Be the thought leader on AWS application modernization services and present in various forums on application modernization and building cloud native applications.
• Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs.
• Nurture relationships with partners, enabling them to drive customer success leveraging AWS application modernization services.
• Act as a technical liaison between service engineering team, account teams and our partner community

- 10+ years of experience as Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Technical Consultant, Software Architect, Software Engineering Lead.
- 5+ years of application design and development experience, application development and DevOps practices within an enterprise, customer-facing roles or within a leading consulting company or systems integrator.
- 5+ years hands on experience developing, managing or working with Containers, Serverless, and integration services technologies such as: ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, MQ, and/or Step Functions
- 5+ years of working with large-scale container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, OpenShift, etc in production environments.
- Knowledge of IP networking, firewall and VPN architectures, service mesh, DNS, and service delivery through load balancing techniques.
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to interact and influence CxO level executives

- Effective verbal, written communications skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing, building, refactoring or operating large-scale Serverless or Containers delivery projects (either on premises or in the cloud) and/or experience in the industry as a leader in the fields of application development, agile delivery and DevOps.
- AWS implementation or consulting experience with hands on experience working with event-driven or microservices architectures.
- AWS Professional Certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional) or other industry certification.
- Proficient in several popular scripting or programming skills in any of the following popular languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Bash/Shell/PowerShell, .NET, Go, Ruby, etc.
