Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• In-depthdaily financial reportingandanalysis on the Data Book of Work
• Understanding and articulating changes to the financialmetrics and headcount associated with the data book of work
• Monitoring of Investment Requests andproject-related financial measures across the data book of work
• Developing individual project artifacts as necessary, including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT),andproject plans as required for all key technical deliveries
• Providingday-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task andactionmanagement, coordination and execution of plans within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations
• Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
• Fostering and maintainingrelationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
• Identifying key project risks, whether stated or not, andmanagingto resolutionor escalatingaccordingly
• Acting as a subject matter expertfor senior stakeholders and /or other team members
• Appropriatelyassessingrisk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation. Safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules andregulations;adhering topolicy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and businesspractices;and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of financial reportingandanalysis
• 6+ years experience and track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry
• 6+ years experience with data project management
• 6+ years of experience in Data analysis
• Must have Analytical and/or Data reporting experience
• Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once
• Must work well under pressurewhile remainingenthusiastic, hard-working and positive
• Desire to improve processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
• Knowledge of thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)and experience working with agile methodologies and tools
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgement and autonomy, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solvingskills

• Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent work experience
