In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop more experienced management and cross-functional teams with focus on delivering strategies, plans and implementation of customer centric programs, services and projects for cross business function that has a profound impact on business lines and the enterprise
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve customer experiences
- Develop sophisticated audience targeting, optimized customer engagement, insights or operational excellence that improve business outcomes
- Lead marketing team by making strategic decisions to resolve, assess and mitigate vendor operational risk to meet and achieve business or performance deliverables
- Interpret and develop legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies for managing risk and proactively driving digital operational excellence
- Collaborate with and influence leaders, vendor relationships and internal or external business groups
- Lead a team of experienced managers and cross-functional or virtual teams

- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, or Social Media experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Candidate must have 8+ years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity in one or a combination of the following: List Management/ Generation, Campaign Management, Data Analytics, Strategy, Product & Project Management
- Candidate must have 4+ years of leadership experience preferably in a Financial Industry or Consumer business experience in Marketing & CRM.
- Good understanding of Marketing Technologies (MarTech) and experience in managing the integration of analytics, technology, and data to deliver more effective business operations and / or marketing execution
- Experience managing a team that interfaces with a broad set of stakeholders across the firm and process/project management.
- Experience in establishing teams and work processes aligned with contemporary agile methodologies such as Kanban or scrum to improve work efficiencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and clear fashion.
- Experience building relationships across lines of businesses, influencing partners, as well as providing credible and effective challenge
- Ability to combine a perpetual interest in learning, and deep knowledge of industry best practices/standards to build a world class organization
- Proven track record of developing and leading a team of strong analysts
- Experience leading large end to end marketing execution teams globally.
- Candidate must be amenable to work on late Mid shift and be located at Taguig City.
Job Expectations:
- Lead the team to define and keep up to date the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs for the marketing execution teams.
- Serve the team as the strategic leader to provide priorities and high-level requirements for the platform partners to execute against. Your role is a servant leader in this environment.
- Lead the adoption of new capabilities via pilots and roll outs with multi-disciplinary teams
- Support change management initiatives to socialize and train marketers on new requirements and processes related to channels capabilities enhancements
- Measure impacts of new platforms and experiences on customer and business outcomes and identify areas of optimization
- Cultivate on-going relationships with Senior Executives to dynamically react to changing priorities and adjust strategic roadmap accordingly
- Assess and define key capabilities and target state model we need to build to strengthen how we leverage data to deliver improved marketing execution processes.
- Define portfolio of initiatives to achieve our strategic vision, including prioritized roadmap to deliver incremental value over time in an agile manner.
- Responsible for overall team leadership and management. Lead the recruiting, build out and development of a high performing team.
- Work closely with multiple lines of technology and business stakeholders in support of maintaining and improving the enablement and delivery of Marketing & Sales Digital Platforms
