As an AML Program Lead within our Compliance team, you will work in partnership with senior management, leading and managing the JPMSE GFCC AML Program team to meet regulatory requirements and enhance the overall anti-financial crime program.
Job responsibilities
- Lead coordination of the annual JPMSE MLRO report and periodic Financial Crime reporting to JPMSE committees and forums to ensure a robust legal entity governance. Oversee financial crime outsourced services from second line perspective.
- Act as the Exam Management Lead to provide information and materials as requested in response to internal audits and regulatory exams including statutory and special external audits. Work effectively with stakeholders across the first and second line to deliver smooth audit cycles and lead briefing sessions with senior management prior to regulatory meetings.
- Draft, syndicate, and finalize the annual JPMSE legal entity report in coordination with the 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders, including MLROs from 14 JPMSE locations in the EEA and UK. Obtain approval of reports from the Chief Risk Officer and present results to the Management Board.
- Lead the quarterly JPMSE Qualitative Risk Appetite process as a second line stakeholder for Financial Crimes (including Fraud) risk types and syndicate the outcome to business and CCOR senior management.
- Assist with planning, execution oversight, and providing status updates of projects and other project management deliverables through GFCC working groups; address and escalate risks and/or issues to senior management, as applicable.
- Support JPMSE MLRO in delivery of key enhancements and remediation projects.
- Provide assistance in the oversight and administration of EEA GFCC policy, procedures and other guiding documents.
- Lead development and execution of the annual financial crime training needs assessment and GFCC training plan.
- Support GFCC Controls Management with coordination of issue and action plan remediation to ensure sustainable JPMSE issue management practices.
- Oversee Program Management of design and delivery of financial crime program for Chase Germany scheduled for launch in H2 2025.
- Support team members in the execution of their responsibilities and their own development and career objectives.
