In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our Catalog Tooling ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and drive business growth.You will launch new micro cloud services and ultra-high volume transaction API’s that have direct impact to customer experience, be a base for building variety of features for FireTV. Key job responsibilities
* Help develop technical roadmap, strategy, customer experience and roadmap for FireTV product initiatives
* Facilitate the technical architecture between multiple complex systems.
* Create buy-in for the technical vision and strategy both internally and with key external partners
* Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, schedule, performance and cost
* Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic or technical goals.* Experience managing high performance team and a track record hiring and building a team

- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
