The Position
As aa deep understanding of design patterns to build trust and security within our financial products. They will cultivate a visually sophisticated brand experience that resonates with our target audience, all while influencing stakeholders to champion their design vision.

Responsibilities
leadership- drivebest practices in process andmethodologyand deliver against business and customer needs
Guide UX efforts across teams, including strategy, planning, working with cross-functional partners to remove blockers and presenting effectively to senior staff and stakeholders
Leverageand extend the use of design system, style guides,patternsand assets in the creation of UX deliverables
Contribute to the wider UX community, mentoring others,leveragingyour strengths to help others grow
Ensure thatallthe organization’s output/visuals are consistent with the overall brandand strategic commitments.
Applya customer-focused, iterative design process.
Make design decisions based onresearch andinsights, as well asadvocate for continuous learning and inclusive design best practices.
Collaborate with othercross-functionalDesignteam members(Research, Content Design, UX Operations, Branding)andBusiness and Engineering
Requirements
10 to12+ years in UX role,bachelor’sand/or master’s degree in the study of user experience, design, research or related fieldsor equivalentprofessionalexperience
Thorough command of the UX lifecycle with deep, direct experience in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques to drive momentum and credibility within the organization
Complete UX skillset, to deliver excellence across products and platforms, mobile apps, financial servicesexpertisean advantage
Experience leading delivery, through feedback, design critique, presentation to program sponsors, planning and coordinating with partners where needed
Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Framer, and Miro
High degree of craft, taste, and product intuition, with a keen eye towards future trends, emerging technology, and shifting customer expectations
Experience managing multiple projects and working through ambiguity.
Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and a relentless attention to detail.
Compelling storyteller who can educate as well as entertain.

Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.
