- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in tax.
- Experience with U.S. federal and state corporate income tax principles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Taxation, JD, or CPA.
- Experience with electronic tax filing processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax matters to non-tax personnel.
- Ability to work independently and have accountability for various areas of the compliance and provision functions.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g. Google Sheets), corporate tax preparation software (ONESOURCE, Corptax, etc.), and ERP systems (SAP).
