Your day-to-day
In your day-to-day role, you will develop andquickly and reliably. Additionally, you will design, and codifybest practicesand processes to manage infrastructure and resources.
You will get the opportunity to:
Drive architectural decisionsand ensure that the system architecture satisfies the needs of all the stakeholders and key system quality attributes.
Govern the infrastructure,resourcesand accounts inAWS
Ensure that Compliance and Security standards are adhered to.
Actively contribute anddemonstratehealthy modern engineering practices.
Drive projects and implementations within our team’s areas ofresponsibility.
Participate in the on-callrotation for the team to ensure 24/7 availability of our services
What do you need tobring?
Advanced knowledge of Linux, networking, databases
Experienced in AWS Cloud.
Are versed in container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS).
Experiencewith Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Cloud formation, AWS CDK
A solidexpertisein CI/CD systems. We primarily useGitHubActionsandCircleCI.
Programming background (preferablyPython, Golang or Bash).
Conforming to best practices in Cybersecurityeg:IAM, WAF, DDoS
Are familiar with distributed
Expertise in one or more of the following is a plus:
Experience with Java or Kotlin and related frameworks
Worked with PCI-DSS compliant infrastructures.
Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk
