- Unlock DP Insights to Inform Strategy: Collect feedback from DP via CSAT surveys, dialogue forums, and new feedback channels to generate valuable insights and influence strategic decisions.
- Drive Proactive and Scalable Action: Enable a more proactive and structured approach to turning DP feedback into tangible improvements, through close cross-functional collaboration.
- Elevate DP Experience and Strengthen Reputation : Support supply growth by improving user experience and strengthening reputation by implementing operational improvements and communication initiatives.
- Ensure Regulatory Adaptability and Compliance : Proactively adjust and enforce operational processes in response to evolving policies to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational agility.
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
- Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative data – Ability to interpret numbers, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. (SQL experience preferred.)
- Data-driven problem-solving skills – Ability to analyze trends, identify root causes, and make informed decisions.
- Project management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment – Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completion.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset – Self-motivated with a focus on driving impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Knowledge of statistics is a plus
