This is the first time we are going to hire project managers, so you will have an opportunity to help us build our internal PM processes and shape the role based on your own experience.e next level by having our own Project Management team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee technical implementation projects to ensure that use cases are deployed smoothly and on time. Min. 2-3 + years of Project Management experience

  • Direct experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycle

  • Relevant Project Management certification: PRINCE2, PMP etc.

  • Strong technical acumen

  • Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments

  • Familiarity with web technologies (deployment, maintenance, debugging) including REST APIs

  • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies

  • Experience working with senior level customer collaborators

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan the IT project implementation from the initiation until closure

  • Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships, create robust project plans and drive engagement successfully towards completion

  • Monitor and track action items through to closure. Record and manage all decisions,risksor issues

  • CoordinateThousandEyesproject resources to drive performance

  • Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements by promoting and highlighting successful experiences

  • Act as a key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues

  • Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out andit’s
