Fixed-Term Contract: 13 Months Office-Based in Chalfont St. Giles UK Target Start Date: July 2025
Responsibilities
  • Support the launch of the new Sales Training Academy within our Europe & International region.

  • Work directly with Commercial Leaders and Operations Managers to provide the best commercial training to their Sales, Customer Service & Marketing teams.

  • Plan and execute on the training plans to help our teams evolve to the next level of commercial selling skills. You will work closely with our Sales Enablement Leader to standardise training offerings globally.

  • Support other digital tools programs during design, testing & deployment phases as needed. The aim is to embed our selling methodologies into our digital tools (Salesforce.com).


Required Qualifications and Desired Characteristics
  • Carries themselves with a positive attitude, a team player and able to deliver expected results on time

  • Confident, self-motivated, able to demonstrate initiative and work with limited supervision when needed

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly numerate with a good attention to detail

  • Confident in both oral and written communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and main Microsoft Office applications

  • Fluent in English. Other language skills are an advantage but not mandatory

  • Taking a placement year as part of a curriculum leading to a bachelors or master's degree from an accredited university, college, or school

  • Must have unlimited authorization to work in hiring country, preferably long term. GE Healthcare does not sponsor visas for internships

  • Interest in training, development, or sales enablement preferred but no required.

About the Internship
  • Contract Length: 13 months

  • Start Date: Likely to be 17th July 2025

  • You will be an integral part of the PDx Commercial Excellence Team, contributing to the overall priorities of both the team and the Business.

  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

  • You will have opportunities to work directly with global leaders, gaining insights into strategic decision-making and international business operations.

  • You will have guided development which can potentially result in a position within GE HealthCare.
