The salary range for this position is $61,000 to $91,400. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot technical issues for our customers
- Provide technical support for our IA solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
WE VALUE:
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 2+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions
- Desired experience in a similar role
