As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace Raunheim GmbH, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our manufacturing operations by leading a team, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest quality standards are met. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting production targets and delivering high-quality products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality

Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role

Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

German and English language required

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
