What you'll do

In this role, you will support SAP User Experience & Product Success in day-to-day activities.

Your tasks include:

• Assist central team of UX Designers and User Assistance Developers with their day-to-day tasks to explore firsthand work experience in a multidisciplinary team.
• Create and update content & other materials for cross-organizational projects to help the team be more effective and show the value of UX internally.
• Interact with a global team and different departments.

What you bring

Preferred Skills:

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design/Engineering or similar
• Preferred computer skills: Figma, Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, other collaboration tools e.g. MURAL.
• Language skills: Fluent English and German required (written and spoken)
• Soft skills: Hands-on, reliable, creative, work independently and focused on results
• Solid understanding of the design process and related methodologies: User Research, Usability Testing, and Prototyping in all kinds of fidelities
