We are seeking for anto join our
All SLwith the following qualifications;

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable university,
  • Min. 1 years of work experience as an receptionist,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
  • To have worked as an administrative or executive assistant,
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite,
  • Well – ofganized, detail – oriented, abilitiy multitask with great follow – up skills,
  • Ability to handle multi tasks,
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic,
  • Eager to learn, Fast learner.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, display and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable and that all necessary stationery (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) is available.
  • Provide basic and accurate information face to face.
  • In person and by telephone/email
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
  • Ensuring office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges)
  • Updating meeting and schedule meetings
  • Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
