How you’ll spend your day

Reporting to the Scientific Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute scientific projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Consult with stakeholders, including researchers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Your experience and qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Project management and/ or administration qualifications, is essential
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management
• Proven experience in the delivery of small to medium size projects
• Comfortable presenting, facilitating, interacting, and enforcing governance across various stakeholder groups
• Solutions orientated leader who develops and leverages productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, and stakeholders
• Ability to effectively lead project team under matrix organisation structure
