EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:
- Investigate, analyze complex problems; and resolve critical content related issues forS/4 HANA customers.
- Managing internal and external escalations incl. Customer communication (if required).
- Providing timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAP customers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Temporarily safeguard customers in critical/escalated situations.
- Think independently and apply effective problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields with above average results
- Experience with ABAP, ABAP OO
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer and quality focus
- Open and professional communication style
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP related experience is preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience in software development process and SAP experience during this time is preferred.
- Experience in development coordination, project or development management is a plus
Experience in working with international teams is a plus
