What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop and maintain integrated management system processes in line with current standards.

  • Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

  • Ensure customer needs are met through quality objectives, training, and corrective actions.

  • Analyze business situations and production capabilities for management consideration.

  • Collaborate with senior management to establish policies and goals.

  • Oversee the product assurance program, including budgeting and responsibilities.

  • Interface with customers on technical quality issues and improvement initiatives.

  • Manage customer and regulatory audits.

  • Recommend solutions for technical challenges and enhance departmental procedures.

  • Engage with vendors regarding supply quality and capacity.

  • Work with engineers on quality assurance for new products.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality management field

  • Fluent in English.

  • Customer (external and internal) relationship skills

  • Deep knowledge of Quality tools, ISO 13485 standard knowledge can be an advantage.

  • On-site working schedule.
