• Providing advanced administrative and operational support to senior members of the Sales Team, including managing complex calendars, prioritizing communications, and preparing briefings and follow-ups.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics and proactively managing related expense reporting and compliance.
• Leading the planning and execution of regional sales events and team offsites, including budget tracking, vendor management, and logistics oversight.
• Owning procurement and inventory processes for the Madrid office, including vendor coordination and contract administration.
• Preparing and maintaining high-quality reports, presentations, and sales documentation to support strategic initiatives and leadership visibility.
• Acting as a liaison between the sales team and cross-functional partners such as HR, IT, and Finance, ensuring seamless communication and process alignment.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes and tools.
