Qualifications

Specific responsibilities:

• Reassess and expand the overall Supplier Responsible Minerals & Materials programs including the program strategic direction, collaborating with the KLA GOPs, GCP, Corporate Compliance, Product Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety and ESG teams for alignment of regulatory requirements
• Lead Responsible Minerals programs like Conflict Minerals, and Emerging Minerals and materials like Cobalt, Mica, Steel, Aluminum, Lithium, Nickel and others coordinating with procurement functions including sourcing, category management, supplier management and procurement operations and corporate compliance functions
• Navigate and adapt in complex, uncertain and changing situations
• Provide insights based on market trends to help improve the Supplier Responsible Minerals & Materials initiative
• Promote visibility of Responsible Minerals & Materials to key decision makers in the business
• Engage in external relationships with the RBA, RMI and other industry leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related major, Masters Degree is a plus
• Someone with experience in supply chain responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance initiatives, supply chain sustainability, supply chain auditing or related field is a plus
• Understanding of and/or experience with the RBA and RMI
• Excellent business insight with demonstrated courage and ability to influence business leaders
• Experience with business analytics, change management, and communicating difficult concepts to senior leadership
• Ability to travel as required up to 10% of time

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
