Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and requirements, providing expert business analysis and advising on the best solution.
Lead the implementation and configuration of payroll systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Perform system integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Provide guidance and support to clients in system setup, user training, and change management, ensuring a smooth transition to new payroll solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure effective resolution.
Ensure the payroll system is compliant with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements relevant to the client’s business operations.
Prepare and present reports and documentation related to system performance, process improvements, and compliance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients post-implementation, ensuring the continued success of their payroll system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll consulting, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting payroll systems. SAP Payroll experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Strong experience in business analysis, system design, and implementation of payroll solutions.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax compliance, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Strong technical skills with experience in system integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
