The Hardware Enablement Team’s role is to ensure functional correctness and adherence of the electrical characteristics to the specifications of post-silicon hardware. This validation happens at the system (whole computer) level. This requires methods to test it both pre and post silicon, to execute the tests, to gather debug information, to analyze results and help in the debug of issues. This role requires strategic thinking as well as tactical skills to implement solutions in these areas.

BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Coding with Python or similar language.
Excellent communication skills
Be able to physically come in to the Poughkeepsie office/lab daily.
Familiarity with Enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. Linux, zOS)
Familiarity with Agile development process
Exposure to industry microprocessor design (e.g. x86, ARM or RISC-V processor design)
