As a Site Reliability Engineer I, you will collaborate with our operations and development teams. Together, you will be creating tooling and software that monitors and improves the reliability of our systems. You will work with various technologies as we release brand new applications and modernize our existing tooling.

As a Site Reliability Engineer I, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying and maintaining the platform and tools used internally
• Partnering with multiple teams to ensure the availability, reliability, scalability and usability of our products and services
• Collaborating with our support, operations and engineering teams to investigate and troubleshoot complex problems
• Improving our system monitoring and analysis platform to speed error detection and remediation, enhancing performance and reliability
• Participating in on-call rotations, guiding restoration and repair of service-impacting issues
• Working with Dev and Quality Assurance teams to create more robust solutions, code improvement and stability

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent experience
• Have Experience working on Kubernetes (CKA)
• Have CI/CD experience (Git Actions, ArgoCD)
• Have good analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to extrapolate from incomplete information
• Have the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Have experience using one of the coding languages such as Python, Golang, and familiarity with scripting programming languages
• Have experience using automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or Salt Stack
• Have proven experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Nagios, Grafana, Loki or simila
• Possess an understanding of best practices related to observability and monitoring
