As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve Enterprise Server based Complex Technical Issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment, working on improving processes, standards and strategies to perfect our Support Services. You will Collaboratively Work with L2 / L3 from Hardware and Software (Operating System and SysMan) perspective.
You will:
Be part of a 24x7 High Complex Customer Facing Technical Team, working out of Bangalore.
Work Closely with L2 / L3 to provide Feedback to Engineering Team on the Products supported.
Stay updated with the New Enterprise Technology, via constant Trainings and upskill programs.
Bachelor’s Degree
2 - 4 Years of experience in Technical Support Role.
Commendable work ethics; interpersonal skills; phone etiquette and good learning curve.
Strong problem-solving and logical troubleshooting skill
Good Understanding of Motherboard Architecture; Hardware Knowledge; RAID Concept and Operating System.
Desirable Requirements
Certification with respect to Server, like Server+ / PowerEdge Associate….
Certification on Operating System
