What You'll Do:

Driving partners' delivery business by;

• Building relationships with top-tier partners
• Understanding merchants' business strategy
• Building a joint business plan
• Executing the plan
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide partner feedback to create a seamless UE experience for all involved parties

What You'll Need:

• Native level Japanese
• Business level English
• Stakeholder Management
• Attention to detail
• Data-driven approach
• Experience working in/with the retail industry (preferably in the grocery, pharma, and convenience)
• Action driven / Self-starter

Nice to Have:

• SQL knowledge
• Team management experience
