Essential Responsibilities:
Business partner with Senior Leaders across North America and overall Global Markets leadership team
Support consolidation across all markets to report on total Global Markets
Efficient measurement and reporting of the financial and non-financial metrics across the regions
Analysis of business performance, including generating insights into customer behavior, initiative performance, pricing opportunities
Convert business questions into analytical problems and analyze data through hypothesis generation.
Communicate complex concepts and results of the analyses with clear/effective communication and visualization to senior leadership
Influence the development of strategic plans, annual financial budgets, and monthly forecasts
Ensure a deep understanding of our overall business and identify key business levers
Drive automation, structure and efficiency across Global Markets
Minimum Qualifications:
15+ years of experience either in Financial Planning or Business Analytics preferably in technology or payments industry
Bachelors in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting or related field. Additional business qualifications like MBA/CFA/CPA preferred
Experience in Essbase and SQL in addition to strong Excel, PowerPoint and SQL skills
Demonstrated executive level engagement with business partners
Desire to work with ambiguity and passion for problem solving
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large
Attention to detail and demonstrated analytical skills

The US national annual pay range for this role is $218,000 to $323,950
