SAP PM Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering
• Minimum One e2e Implementation Project along with experience in Support
• 3 to 6 Yrs. of Relevant experience
• 2 to 3 Yrs. of Domain Experience

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge on ABAP debugging.
• PM Certification will be added advantage.
• Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PP / FI-CO will be an added advantage.

• Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant maintenance.
  Integration with MM / QM / PP / FI-CO modules and with external applications.
• Responsible for executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP – Material Management.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the
  system accordingly
• Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown, Calibration and shutdown. Master data and planning and notifications.
• Creation and configuring of PM Master Data.
• Configuring &managing the Technical Objects Equipment master, Functional locations, Work centre, Task list, Maintenance plans, Bill of Material, Classification, Characteristics, Catalog, Measuring points.
• Creation of Maintenance Task Lists, Maintenance Items, Maintenance Strategy, Creation of Maintenance Plans for Single Cycle plans, and Strategy controlled and multiple plans.
• Creation of Permits, Warranties and all types of preventive Maintenance plans.
• Configuration of Maintenance notifications and Orders.
• PM work orders for stock/non stock items. (Maintenance Orders, Refurbishment Orders. Calibration Orders) with SAP.
• Proficient in integration aspects of other modules such as Material Management, Quality Management, Production Planning, Controlling.
• Unit integration testing (UIT) for PM Module & finding BUGS.
• Customizations in PM as per new enhancements.

General:

• Should have good written & communication skills.
• Should able to handle the client individually.
