Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and people skills, including comfort and experience with regularly presenting to senior management.
- Knowledge of the Cloud/Software industry, different roles, and incentives.
- Ability to direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Great leadership and people skills, and ability to set objectives and drive results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Analytical and technical skills (spreadsheets/ SQL/ dashboard creation).
