Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in business development or partnerships in Technology or Media industries.
7 years of experience leading strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to support partner relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
7 years of experience in people management, and experience growing and developing teams.
Experience with leadership, developing a strategic vision and successful execution, aligning regional and global perspectives.
Experience in influencing and communicating with C-level executives, with the ability to foster relationships.
Experience in managing external partnerships and stakeholders with focus on driving sales performance.
Experience working with key opinion formers including celebrities, influencers, and creators across Türkiye.
Ability to understand the broader business environment for YouTube and provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
