What you will do:
Routinely assess, design, and implement Red Hat's core offerings, e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Application Services portfolio (JBoss EAP, Red Hat Fuse, KeyCloak or Single Sign-On), Red Hat Satellite, cloud computing, and continuous delivery (CI/CD, Red Hat Ansible Automation, etc.)
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing the technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs
Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions
Adapt to changing customer requirements; respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner
What will you bring:
Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure.
Solid experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or other Linux distributions and at least one other technology like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Satellite, or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
Application development background using Java and other languages or frameworks, experience with application life cycle management, agile methodologies.
Experience with the software development life cycle and application replatforming to container based platforms
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to a diverse audience of stakeholders
Experience in a consulting delivery role; and experience with cloud environments and their supporting infrastructures; engineering and system administration experience is a plus
Ability to constantly learn about new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needs
Willingness to travel to customer sites, following Red Hat’s COVID-19 guidelines
Comfortable working with highly distributed teams
Good language skills in English
Saudi nationality is preference
