We are looking for a talented, detail, oriented and enthusiastic Support Engineer who is passionate about problem solving and is enthusiastic about the new latest technology offered to consumers.
1. Own automation across backend & frontend services
2. Role requires execution of SOP driven coding assignments as well, understanding amazon tools and systems, making configuration changes to those systems, identifying opportunities for automation as well.
3. Basic coding knowledge in any language (Java, python etc.)

- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages

- 1. Knowledge of service-oriented architecture & micro-services.
- 2. Basic scripting skills
- 3. Good problem solving skills.
- 4. Basic knowledge of data structures & algorithms
